TECHNIQUE：3viewsoftherighthandwereobtained.3viewsoftherightfourthdigitwerealsoobtained.

FINDINGS:ThereisdorsalandlateraldislocationoftherightfourthmiddlephalanxrelativetotheproximalphalanxatthePIPjoint.Thereisalinearbonydensityseenatthefourthproximalphlangealheadwhichmayrepresentatinyavulsionfracture.Thereisnoradiopaqueforeignbodyidentified.Noabnormalcalcificationisnoted.

IMPRESSION:

1.DorsallateraldislocationoftherightfourthmiddlephalanxrelativetotheproximalphalanxatthePIPjoint.

2.Linearossificdensityseenattheheadofthefourthproximalphalanxjointmayrepresentatinyavulsionfracture.
